The board of Brisbane City FC proudly announces the new addition of Lee-Ann Khan to help assist building our club and continuing our journey towards the A-League.
Lee-Ann’s comes to Brisbane City FC with a wealth of experience and capability in Human Resources, providing further strength to the capabilities of the Board and the Club as we continue to expand and grow out our plans for the future
Lee-Ann Khan – Experience Summary
Lee-Ann is a Human Resources Specialist with over 10+ years’ experience in generalist HR including talent acquisition, focusing on people deliverables. Lee-Ann’s strengths include her pragmatic & collaborative approach to team-oriented outcomes – along with her drive to influence.
Lee-Ann has excellent ability to lead processes with significant experience around Employee Value Proposition and Engagement whilst driving organisational culture and strategy.
Combined with her extensive generalist skill set, Lee-Ann enjoys building relationships, fostering an employee culture that creates competitive advantage and high performance and loves getting the right people in the right roles. Lee-Ann holds a Masters of Human Resource Management and is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
