The Board of Directors each year is nominated and confirmed by an Annual General Meeting.

1.   Nominees and Nominators must be current financial members of Brisbane City Football Club Ltd.

2.   Nominees must be prepared to take an active and committed role in the business and affairs of the club

3.   Directors of the club are volunteers and no remuneration is payable

4.   There are 6 positions on the Board

5.   A member can only be nominated for one position on the Board

DAVID ASNICAR has been involved at Brisbane City FC for 10 years as a Coach, Volunteer and more recently as Chairman of the Sponsorship Committee which has brought over 40 sponsors back to the club in its first year. David still plays football for Brisbane City FC at over 35 level having previously played as a junior at State level and even against Brisbane City in the old AMPOL Cup State based competition.  David has 3 sons all of whom have played or still play at Brisbane City FC.

David has spent the last 14 years as CEO of TSA Software Solutions (a BCFC Sponsor), of which he is a part owner. Prior to this David worked in Banking and Finance at the National Australia Bank for 14 years. MARTIN MILLARD is the CEO/Owner of Harcourts Solutions Group. Martin owns and leads the Harcourts Solutions Group incorporating Residential, Commercial and International Sales Divisions. Since buying the smallest Harcourts Franchise in Queensland in 2006, he has built the business to the No 1 Real Estate agency in Brisbane and No 2 in Australia.

Martin is a proud father of 4 and devoted husband to wife Sally. Setting a benchmark in balancing a busy workplace and an even busier home and sporting life, Martin’s external interests are varied from being an avid reader, oenophile and complete sport addict for Brisbane City Football Club, Arsenal and Harcourts Cycling team. If he can’t be found at work, taxiing the kids or watching the football, he will be out riding with his mates from The University of Queensland Cycling Club discussing the kids, Real Estate, Wine and Football. Having been involved with sporting clubs as a player, coach and board member for the best part of 40 years, he has experienced the ups and downs of success and challenges that involvement with sport brings.

Martins commitment to community involvement has most recently focused primarily on Charitable organisations particularly fund raising for Harcourts Foundation, Smiling for Smiddy (cancer research) and Oz harvest (food for the homeless).

As a sponsor of the club and a devotee of the code with a history of success in business leadership, he is looking forward to being able to make a contribution towards the growth and success of the club. Martin’s 13 year old son Patrick is a member of the Under 16 NPL team and has been playing at City for three years.

DANIEL CLARKE has played for numerous clubs through the junior and senior ranks and has also played regularly with the Brisbane City Over 35’s side.  Daniel has 2 sons who have both played at the club  and is committed to ensuring their playing future, as well as those of all the Brisbane City FC community is secure.

Daniel’s background is in Banking and Finance having spent 23 years in the industry.  Daniel is now a specialist in Property Finance (mainly construction) and provide funding to many high profile developments in Brisbane.  Daniel has a strong background in financial analysis and budgeting and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Dan is committed to building a strong foundation to the club based on a deep understanding of its financial performance and improvement in its group structure.  Dan has a strong view that we as a club need to develop the best players by having improved facilities and obtaining and developing the best coaches.

CRAIG WILDERMUTH has been associated with the club for over four years having boys playing in the U14 NPL and U11 Academy teams. In early 2015 he project managed and led the program to adopt one of the first corporate box upgrades in CTM Stadium with the U14 team. More recently he has been assisting with reviewing administrative matters for the club. Craig is passionate about good corporate governance and organisational leadership and management.

His career has seen him lead large and complex global and regional professional engineering and service firms in roles such as Group Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Chief Operating Officer and Director.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Applied Science, Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Applied Finance and is a recent graduate of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in France. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course. Craig is a Fellow of CPA, AIM and Finsia.

Club Secretary - Robert Rossi

ROBERT ROSSI first played for Brisbane City in the Under 9’s and has been a supporter for approximately 25 years. With both his sons playing at the club over the last 5 years, Rob has been involved with volunteering, coaching and managing teams. Rob is also a member of the Sponsorship Committee which started late last year and have seen many new great sponsors join the club. Rob is currently a Bank Manager with Westpac and has been involved in the financial services and project management industries over the last 20 years.

Rob is passionate and committed towards helping develop the club into one which is recognised for being the benchmark for player development through all age groups, excellent corporate governance with a highly engaged local community.

MARIO LATTANZI has been associated with Brisbane City Football club for over 37 years. Mario first started playing for at City at the age of 7 and progressed through the age groups until he achieved the honour of playing in the senior team for 2 seasons. Now, Mario has a son who also loves wearing the azzurri jersey. He has coached for the past 6 years and has previously acted as the coach of the u12 Brisbane Division 1 Team. Mario also plays for City in the over 35’s competition and chairs the Football Committee.

His commercial background consists of various corporate marketing roles and he is presently the Principal of Clark Real Estate, Clayfield. Mario’s vision is to build Brisbane City Football Club back to being the premier Footballing club in Queensland and to re-engage the community to the club.

Management Committee

The Football Committee is chaired by Mario Lattanzi, and is responsible for all football-related matters throughout the club and all it’s teams.

It’s primary goals are to arrange and manage the number of teams that are being fielded and is responsible for managing offers for selection teams. It also is responsible for dealing with disputes that may arise throughout the season.
